Navigraph is a Swedish software company serving the flight simulation community with navigation data, charts, and tools. The engagement covered marketing communications, social content, and user support operations.
The situation
The company needed structured marketing communications support across social media, campaigns, and event representation. User support volume was high and feedback from users was not being systematically used to inform the product. The team also needed content and event coverage capability.
The work
- Managed social media content production and scheduling across platforms.
- Built and managed the company's YouTube channel from zero to several thousand subscribers through SEO and content systems.
- Handled 20+ daily support tickets while identifying recurring user pain points and feeding them directly into the product roadmap.
- Implemented SEO strategies and multimedia content production to improve organic traffic and conversion.
- Managed marketing campaign execution and coordination.
- Covered the FS Expo in Orlando, USA: handling event videography and on-site social media management.
The outcome
- The YouTube channel grew from zero to several thousand subscribers through a structured content and SEO approach.
- User feedback from support became a systematic input into product development rather than isolated complaints.
- The brand's content presence expanded across platforms with consistent output.
- The FS Expo coverage produced event content that extended the brand's reach beyond the physical attendance.
